Natural weight loss pills or suplaments..?

I keep going on and off diets. I need a natural weight loss thing so help me. My friend tried diet pills, she lost five pounds, stopped taking them, and gained it right back. Is there any find of weight loss pill, shake, bar, or anything to help me. I want to lose 30 pounds, and not gain it back.
Please don’t send me anything I have to order off the internet. I want something I can just go to the store to get. Thanks :)

The only way to lose weight and keep it off is a plan of cutting back calories and exercising frequently (multiple times a weekly, preferably once a day). If diets, pulls, shakes, bars, or any of that stuff worked, we wouldn’t have an $80 billion a year diet industry. The industry relies on repeat customers.
